Pharmacy at 1:30 am is not busy at all. Lynn the pharmacy technician was helpful and pleasant. She assisted in selecting the proper medicine for my sick grandchild. They are busy at times but have always been helpful. Thanks

I went to Cvs on Nelson st in Leominster mass for my daughters prescription and the pharmacy rep told me that my insurance wouldn't cover it and I had to pay $800 this women was unbelievable she was rude not resourceful no expression or emotion to her face extremely unapproachable and didn't bother to explain alternative options just the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My daughter is 7 and she was supposed to start this medication ASAP. She made me feel hopeless and as if I was a bother to her. After this experience I will never go to this CVS after getting all my prescriptions filled there for 3 yrs all it took was 1 employee to make me never want to step foot in this pharmacy again.
